!!! Add book to the Shopping cart and generate credit card
before executing steps below

1. Click link "Shopping cart"
2. Press button "Proceed to Checkout"
3. Select appropriate card from drop down menu "Credit Card"
4. Enter card number into text box "Card Number"
5. Press button "Make Payment"
